Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges for products below Rs 500 will be charged Rs 50 and the products above Rs 500 are free from shipping charges. These are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. Shipping of products will be done by the method indicated in the order in 1-2 business days. If for any reason the products are sent using an alternate method, other than the one indicated in the order, you will not need to pay any additional charges for this.
BRIGHTLYT provides product delivery throughout India. We deliver your order within 5-7 days except:

• In case of non-availability of the product
• Natural disaster
• Any issue at the end of delivery partner
• Other emergency situations.

Cancellation, Return and Refund policy

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take 1-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction, it may take up to 7-15 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by us.

To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service within 6 days from the time of delivery and share photos of defects (if any) within 2 days on email along with their tags. All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned should be unused with all packaging and brand tags intact and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back. Postage and other charges for the return of these products will not be refunded by us. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale of any opened or used products. Your refund will be processed immediately after we receive the product. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
